$399 standard service
Includes up to 2 hours of labour plus minor parts (drippers, clamps and fittings). Major parts quoted separately.

Mains-side leaks and tap-in repairs done compliantly, by a Victorian plumber.
90-day service warranty
What we touch is covered. If the same fault comes back inside 90 days, we come back free.

What's the call-out fee?
$149 including GST. That covers the visit, the diagnosis, the pressure-and-flow check, and a fixed quote in writing. The standard service is a separate $399.
Can you fix a controller that won't turn on?
Usually, yes. Most controller faults are either a blown solenoid, a transformer or a tripped GFCI. We carry replacement parts for Hunter and Rain Bird controllers in the van.
My valve box is leaking. Is that a plumbing job?
Anything on the mains side of the valve is a plumber's job. Anything downstream is irrigation. We do both, so it's one visit either way.
How fast can you come out?
Most weeks within 3 to 5 business days. Summer can stretch to a week. If it's an active leak we'll prioritise.
