$149 including GST, the same whether it's a quick fix or a tricky fault. If you go ahead, the standard service is a separate $399, quoted up front.
Common faults
Every system fails the same handful of ways.
We've seen them all. Most repairs are sorted in the one visit.
Broken sprinkler head
Snapped riser, blocked nozzle, popped cap. Replaced in minutes with matching Hunter or Rain Bird parts.
Leaking valve
Diaphragm failure, cracked solenoid, sticking bonnet. We carry replacement valves in the van.
Controller won't turn on
Tripped GFCI, fried transformer, dead display. Usually a same-day fix with a swap-in unit.
Zone not running
Faulty solenoid, broken wire, blown station fuse. Diagnosed with a multimeter in 10 minutes.
Mains-side leak
Anything before the valve is plumbing. Daniel's a Victorian plumber, one trade, one visit.
Coverage gone wrong
Heads out of alignment, nozzles worn, pressure dropped. Full walkthrough, every head adjusted in place.
Leaking drip line
Rodent damage, splits, clogged emitters. Quick fix most of the time, section replaced, emitters cleared, garden bed back online.

Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro and many more, plus any standard 24V AC system. Sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, drip lines, mains-side leaks. A lot of irrigation companies will only touch their own gear. We don't think that's how a trade should work.

What's the $149 call-out cover?
It covers the on-site visit, the diagnosis, a pressure-and-flow check, and a fixed quote in writing, all inclusive of GST. The standard service is a separate $399.
How fast can you come out?
Most weeks within 3 to 5 business days. Summer can stretch to a week. If it's an active leak we'll prioritise, call us and we'll juggle the diary.
Do you fix every brand?
Yes. Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro and many more, plus any standard 24V AC system. We carry parts for the common brands in the van so most repairs are done in the one visit.
My valve box is leaking. Is that a plumbing job?
Anything on the mains side of the valve is plumbing. Anything downstream is irrigation. Daniel is a Victorian plumber and handles both, so it's one trade, one visit, either way.
Can you fix a controller that won't turn on?
Usually yes. Most controller faults are a blown solenoid, a fried transformer, or a tripped GFCI breaker. We carry replacement Hunter and Rain Bird controllers and parts on the van.
